Accepted manuscript(s) are required to be registered and presented at the conference. The manuscript will be published in the journal only if at least one of the authors is officially registered.

Papers should be submitted electronically as WORD format.

All submitted papers will be subjected to a double-blind review process based on technical quality, originality, relevance to conference tracks, significance, and clarity.
